Updating Applications

You can view your job applications in two ways: a standard table for quick scanning or a drag-and-drop board to visually manage your application pipeline.

You can update each job application with one of the following statuses: applied, screen, interviewing, offer, rejected, or archived. These help you keep track of where each application stands in your job search.

Application Status Board

To update or delete an application, click the pencil icon in the table row or select the application directly from the board view.

Exporting Applications

You can export your job applications as a CSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or any tool of your choice — ideal for sharing with a career advisor or keeping a personal backup.

Importing Applications

Already tracking your job applications somewhere else? You can import them into SpeedyApply using a CSV file. Upload your file, map your columns to the right fields, and confirm — duplicates are automatically skipped.

Import Applications

Your CSV must include a header row with at least a Job Title column. SpeedyApply also supports Company Name, Job Link, Company Link, and Date Applied. Common column names like "Title", "Company", "URL", and "Date" are automatically detected, but you can adjust the mapping manually if needed.

If no date is provided, today's date is used. Duplicates are detected by matching on job title, job link, date, and profile name.

Already Applied Banner

When applying to jobs, sometimes you encounter job applications that you think you already applied to. A message will pop up in the bottom right of the page to help confirm that, saving you time and prevent duplicate submissions.

Already Applied Banner

If you return to a job you’ve previously applied for, a message appears in the bottom right of the page showing that you’ve already applied including the date of submission.
